Usha Rajeev currently serves as an Independent Director at Elantas Beck India Limited and is a Member of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Finance Committee at Welham Girls' School. Earlier roles include being an Independent Consultant at PwC India, where advisory focus was on regulatory matters, and serving as the Risk & Quality Leader for Price Waterhouse, overseeing risk management and quality delivery across various services in compliance with international standards. Usha has extensive experience as an Assurance/Audit Partner, working with listed and non-listed entities, and has held leadership positions in the telecom sector, managing audit engagements for major companies. Usha began the career with an audit traineeship at V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. and holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
