Prior to this role, Juan contributed to The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey for eight years, holding multiple positions including Supervising Financial Analyst, Principal Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Management Engineer. Significant achievements include directing a team in financial reporting and resource management, securing $30 million in savings while funding essential transportation initiatives, and leading comprehensive analyses of major infrastructure projects. Juan holds a Master's degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research: Engineering Management Systems from Columbia Engineering.
