Zachary Rutledge is a versatile professional with a strong background in management, finance, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Green Pioneer at Carbonable since May 2022, Zachary focuses on driving investments in carbon removal. As Deputy Executive Director of the Pennsylvania College Access Program, responsibilities include overseeing academic support, fiscal management, and strategic planning.
