Eyerusalem Kefyalew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Manager and Onboarding Consultant at Carbon since August 2016, Eyerusalem oversees a team of three consultants, focusing on enhancing customer service and ensuring timely issue resolution. Previously, Eyerusalem held the role of Implementation Specialist at Carbon, where responsibilities included managing client installations and ensuring a high-quality experience. Prior to this, Eyerusalem worked at Agilent Technologies from December 2007 to August 2016 as a Technical Support II, providing phone-based support for Automation Solutions products. Eyerusalem began the career at Velocity11 in December 2005 as a Service Depot Engineer. Eyerusalem earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, completing studies in 2006.
