Kai Cheung has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Hostess at Steamworks Brewing Co. where they used problem solving techniques to ensure guest satisfaction and worked in a fast-paced environment. In 2020, they worked at two companies, The Coalition Studio as a Development Support II and Electronic Arts (EA) as a Development Support. In 2021, they worked at Kabam as a QA Analyst, and they are currently working at Carbon Counts as a QA Tester.

Kai Cheung attended Visual College of Art and Design from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a diploma in Game and Interactive Media Design.
