He has held leadership roles in Trinseo as EVP/Chief Operating Officer, Styrolution Group GmbH, Ineos Nova, Nova Chemicals, and the Dow Chemical Co., and is a non-executive board member of Tyre Recycling Solutions SA in Switzerland.
