Kreeya Makan is a Biomedical Engineering student at Columbia University, expected to graduate in May 2027. From October 2023, Kreeya has been involved in multiple roles at Columbia University, including serving as an Engineering Recruitment Committee Tour Guide and as an Event Assistant, where responsibilities include facilitating campus tours and coordinating events. In addition, Kreeya has gained practical experience as an Engineering Intern at Carbon Arc since October 2024, and as a Data Science Intern at Twin Health. Previous experiences include positions as a Bookseller and Web Developer at Linden Tree Books, and a Summer Intern at Gladstone Institutes, focusing on lab techniques and genetic editing. Kreeya's early career also included roles in program management and teaching assistance, emphasizing skills in Python, HTML, and CSS in technology-focused internships.
