Stephen Thetford has extensive experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety. Stephen began their career at Fibergrate Composite Structures in 2006, where they served as EH&S Manager for a decade. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of Environmental, Health, & Safety at Carboline Company.

Stephen Thetford obtained an Associates Degree in Industrial Safety from Texas State Technical College, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Industrial Occupations at Tarleton State University from 2004 to 2007.
