Megan Flora has three years of work experience. From 2019-2022, they worked as an HR Coordinator - Operations for Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. In 2022, they became an Operations Administrator for Carbliss - THE PREMIUM Ready to Drink Cocktail. Additionally, in 2022, they were an Audiology Intern for Medical Hearing Associates, LTD. During this role, their responsibilities included serving as the initial point of contact for current and prospective client appointments, learning and operating Blueprint Software, completing administrative patient care duties, submitting HCFA forms to insurance providers, creating invoices, processing payments, completing Return-for Credit procedures and monthly bill payments, conducting walk-in clean and checks, changing filters, receivers, domes, batteries, microphone covers, lab duties, and maintaining organized charts of hearing instruments in stock. Megan also shadowed and assisted licensed Audiologist during patient appointments.

Megan Flora attended Elkhart Lake- Glenbeulah High School from 2015 to 2019. In 2020, they began attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General, as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Disability Rights and Services. In September 2022, they will obtain a HIPAA Privacy and Security Training certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In August 2022, they will obtain an American Sign Language certification from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
