Benjamin Rajkumar has over 13 years of experience in the human resources field, currently serving as Vice President and Head of the People Function at CaratLane, a Tanishq Partnership, since December 2020. Prior to this role, Benjamin spent more than 11 years at Titan Company Limited, where responsibilities included leading HR business partnerships, focusing on leadership development, and managing various HR operations. Benjamin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KCG College of Technology.
