Ruben Bricio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ruben started their career as a Factory Operator at RB from 2003 to 2005. Ruben then worked as a Bank Cashier-Operator at BBVA from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined DSM NeoResins as a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer from August 2008 to February 2009.

In 2009, Ruben interned as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer at Industrie Ilpea-Galvarplast Spain, where they were responsible for defining process instructions and designing and manufacturing tools.

Ruben then had an internship as a Project Engineer at BOCCARD in 2012, where they developed the Solar Concentrating Thermal Power activity and defined scope statements for a future project.

From 2013 to 2015, Ruben worked at Nestlé SA - Nestlé Purina PetCare as a Manufacturing/Operational Engineer. In this role, they managed operations of a packaging line, implemented lean principles, and conducted daily operational meetings.

Ruben then moved to Mondelēz International in 2017 as a Project Engineer for a short period before joining Carambar & Co in the same role.
