Andrea Seccafien is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager, HR Payroll Partner, and HR Advisor (Business Partner) at Cara Inc since April 2018. At Cara Inc, the focus is on partnering with individuals living with disabilities and their communities to enhance their quality of life. Prior to this, Andrea worked as an HR Officer at Ahrens from July 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing employee grievances, maintaining HR policies, and overseeing the onboarding process. Andrea began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at Cotton On Group from August 2013 to January 2016. Education includes a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia, completed in 2015.
