Reid Richards has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Reid began their career in 2001 as a New Car Sales Manager at Edwards Auto Group, where they sold 455 cars in one year. In 2005, they moved to Stan Olsen Auto Center as the Internet Director, creating a department to handle communication with customers that use the internet to purchase their automobiles and increasing sales from 1-2 cars to 30 in the first month. In 2007, they became the Internet Sales Director at Todd Archer Hyundai, where they were responsible for monitoring sales performance, advertising online, and developing effective processes for salesmen to follow. In 2009, they joined Marketing Consulting LLC as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for defining appropriate marketing organization for the company's maturity/size. In 2012, they moved to Markel BMW Landrover Jaguar as the Digital Marketing Director, overseeing all areas of marketing, advertising, and sales. In 2014, they became the Toyota Sales Manager/Business Development Director at Koons Automotive Companies, where they managed traffic control and hired, trained, and developed salespeople into 20 plus a month producers. In 2015, they joined Proactive Dealer Solutions as a Performance Coach BDC Expert. In 2016, they became the Director Of Business Development at Increase Your Leads, where they managed an exclusive specialized telemarketing facility. Finally, in 2018, they joined Car Motivators as an Executive Sales Coach.
Reid Richards completed a Doctor of Law (JD) from Kaplan University in 2018, after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including New/Used Car Sales Manager from Toyota in August 2014, Hyundai New Car Manager in October 2013, Hyundai New Car Manager in January 2007, and Hyundai New Car Manager in January 2005.
