Michael White has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michael began their career at Wells Fargo in 2001 as an Application Programmer Analyst, where they enhanced the claims processing system using COBOL and later Visual Basic. Michael served as a Lead Application Developer, working on healthcare websites and collaborating with network administrators to secure the infrastructure. In 2012, Michael joined HealthSmart as a Team Manager Web Development, playing a crucial role in building the company's network infrastructure. Michael then moved on to Innovative Mattress Solutions as a Director of Application Development before joining The Health Plan (THP) in 2015. At THP, they held various roles including Manager System Analyst, Director of Application Development, and Director of Data Architecture. Currently, Michael is working as a Full Stack Developer at CAQH.

Michael White attended Glenville State University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Services. In October 2022, they also obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
