Ivan Parfenchuk is an experienced software developer with a strong focus on front-end development and Ruby on Rails. Currently serving as the Lead Front End Developer at Capturi since March 2022, Ivan has been with Astron as a Ruby on Rails Developer since July 2013, where responsibilities include assessing business needs and developing web applications. Prior experience includes a role as the Lead Front End Developer and Senior iOS Developer at Visma FirstAgenda from January 2016 to February 2022, and as an iOS/Ruby on Rails Developer at Goodwin, where core application features for an augmented reality startup were built. Ivan’s entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through co-founding Joy Beams, an iOS games and applications studio. Educationally, Ivan holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science.
