Ian McCafferty serves as the AVP and Associate Captive Executive at Captive Resources, LLC, since December 2018, where responsibilities include developing and managing two captive insurance companies with a combined annual premium exceeding $100 million, analyzing new business loss picks, and implementing marketing strategies. Previous experience at RT Specialty as a Brokerage Assistant involved providing technical support for brokers. Ian held leadership roles as President of the University of Kansas Insurance Club and completed an internship at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., actively engaging in the sales process and enhancing public speaking abilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Kansas and additional studies at CIMBA.
