Jake Dickson has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Jake began their career as a Training Coordinator at Dell in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Intern and Associate Project Manager at Cusumano Real Estate Group. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Boostlingo. In 2018, they became a Development Intern at Jamison Properties, LP and a Business Manager at NinjaRMM. Most recently, Jake has been working at CaptivateIQ since 2020, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Account Executive, and Solutions Engineer.

Jake Dickson attended Foothill High School from 2010 to 2014. Jake then proceeded to the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from The University of Hong Kong, specializing in International Business.
