Justine Kim

Director, Campaign Operations at Captiv8

Justine Kim is the Director of Campaign Operations at Captiv8. Justine has over six years of experience in brand management and account management, and has been with Captiv8 since 2016.

Justine began their career at AOL in 2013 as the first Brand Account Manager at Gravity. In this role, they established the role, created internal processes, and led the Brand Account Management team in overseeing all brand accounts. Justine created and led biweekly meetings for the entire brand team (Sales and Account Management) to identify challenges, share marketplace information, and create efficient and effective team procedures.

Justine managed several nationwide agency relationships (Carat, OMD, UM, AKQA, Starcom, etc.), providing exceptional customer service to clients, with the goal of maintaining and growing key accounts. Justine also managed and grew Gravity's largest brand client with a current annual spend of $1M+. Justine strategized with sales and led the charge on each RFP to develop proposals to meet the advertisers key objectives. Justine generated $200k of new business revenue in 2015 and contributed to achieving 122% of their team goal for Q4 2015.

Justine has extensive experience in managing campaigns from post-sale to the campaign conclusion, working with clients to effectively optimize and achieve campaign goals. Justine also analyzes data and delivers results to clients by identifying objectives and producing key learnings and optimizations for future programs. In addition, they perform outreach to potential new clients, pitches the product, and closes business to increase revenue.

Some of their notable clients have included Charles Schwab, Nokia, Pampers, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Clorox, Williams-Sonoma, Toyota, Infiniti, Geico, Intel, and Miller Coors.

Justine Kim completed their undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University. Justine then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Belmont University.
