Scott Leake is a seasoned IT consultant with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at CapTech since May 2004. In this role, Scott has successfully led various projects by emphasizing structure, communication, and team building. Prior to CapTech, Scott was the Assistant Scoutmaster at Heart of Virginia Council from 2009 to 2010 and operated as Owner and Consultant at Verax Solutions, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where the focus was on custom application development and IT management consulting. Additionally, Scott co-founded Object Technologies, Inc., contributing to its growth from 6 to 40 employees within 18 months from 1998 to 2000. Education was obtained from Brigham Young University.
