H. Wray Mills is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software systems engineering and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CapTech since September 2016, Mills focuses on innovation and technical training. As the owner of Wrayesian LLC since November 2005, Mills provides consulting services to various clients including UVA's Department of Systems Engineering and Fortune 200 companies, covering a wide range of software engineering disciplines. Additionally, Mills has managed Technology Emersion Studios, LLC, offering creative tech classes since October 2013. Past roles include treasurer positions with IEEE Computer Society and Richmond Section, and significant contributions at GoDo Media as CTO/CIO. Mills holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
