Jean-Luc Brulez is a seasoned professional in system engineering with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager System Engineering at Capsule, a Philips company, since March 2014, Jean-Luc leads R&D efforts for various medical and IT products, focusing on systems engineering, safety risk management, cybersecurity, and system verification. Prior to Capsule, Jean-Luc worked at GE Healthcare from September 2007 to February 2014 in multiple roles, including System Engineering Manager and Software Quality Architect, where contributions included product specification and test strategy development for advanced medical imaging workstations. Education includes a Circular Economy Masterclass from the University of Exeter and an Engineer's degree in Electronic & Biotechnology from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.
