Glenn M. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Glenn is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Quorum since February 2021 and also holds the same position at Capstone Transportation since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Glenn worked at Ensign Services, starting in August 2012 as the Executive Director, where they were responsible for the leadership and overall success of a skilled nursing facility. Glenn later became the Market Leader - San Diego from May 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they worked at Lime Energy Co from August 2010 to August 2012 as a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on sales and project management. Glenn also has experience as the Co-Founder and COO of MySchoolAct LLC from January 2008 to December 2011, where they played a crucial role in lead generation, marketing, and securing sponsorships. Glenn founded Cordula Consulting in January 2006 and served as the CEO, managing multi-family condominium projects. Their earlier experience includes working at Northrop Consulting Engineers as an Associate and Office Manager, where they co-established the Wollongong office and was involved in various engineering projects.

Glenn M. completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wollongong between 1995 and 1998. In 2005, they obtained a Diploma in the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
