Jessica Solt currently serves as a Search Consultant at Capstone Search Advisors, a member of the Sanford Rose Associates® network, since January 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Toptal for a brief period from October to November 2022. Jessica's experience at Apple spans nearly seven years, during which roles included Non-Leadership Sourcer, Lead, and Operations Expert from November 2015 to September 2022. Additionally, Jessica worked as a Store Manager at Gymboree from January 2009 to November 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Cleveland State University and an Associate of Arts in Public Administration from Lorain County Community College, both completed between 2013 and 2017.
