Ken Frye is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in terminal operations and management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Capstone Logistics, LLC since June 2022, Ken previously held the position of Regional Director of Terminal Operations at USPack, where oversight extended to 151 indirect reports across seven terminals and a managed P&L of $22MM annually. Significant achievements include restructuring roles for efficiency, achieving notable profit contributions, and improving service metrics while leading large teams and overseeing substantial P&L responsibilities. Earlier roles included Director of Driver Experience and Coastal Regional Director, where Ken demonstrated strong leadership in improving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and driving customer satisfaction. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
