Wind Site Construction Manager, Capital Project Execution at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation

Joseph Costache has extensive work experience in the construction and management of various electrical and renewable energy projects. Joseph is currently employed as a Wind Site Manager, Capital Project Execution at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, where they oversee the construction of two wind farms in Alberta. Prior to this, they worked as a Construction Manager, Owners Representative at Canadian Projects Limited, where they managed construction projects on behalf of the owners. Joseph also served as a Renewables Project Manager at Valard Construction LP and an Electrical Manager at RES, where they were responsible for managing electrical aspects of projects. Joseph's previous roles include positions such as Electrical Superintendent at BOREA CONSTRUCTION, Construction Manager at Corrpro Companies, Inc., and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at BNV Mechanical. Before that, they owned and operated Inrush Electrical Consulting & Supervision Inc., providing on-site management and consultation services to electrical contractors and energy companies. Joseph has comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures and has demonstrated their ability to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Joseph Costache earned their Graduate degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Sundre High School in the years 1993-1996. Joseph then pursued an Electrician degree at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2004-2007. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Master Electrician degree from the same institution. Additionally, Joseph has earned additional certifications including CSS from BCCSA in October 2015 and NCSO from the Alberta Construction Safety Association in August 2015.
