Donn Hanbidge, CPA, CA, currently serves as Director at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, where responsibilities include chairing the Audit Committee and participating in the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee. As Managing Partner at Pinnacle Advisors since 2020, focus areas encompass financial management and reporting for both domestic and international regions under IFRS and US GAAP, alongside business and investment planning and M&A advisory. Previously, Donn was Chief Financial Officer at JCM Power (2015-2020), providing financial leadership in renewable energy developments across Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America. Donn's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Controller at Ontario Power Generation (1999-2013), contributing to financial management, controllership, and external reporting. Additionally, Donn held a Director position at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (2008-2013). Donn holds an Honors B.A. in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
