Mitesh Mistry began their work experience in 2001 with Solara Engineering as a Quality Inspector, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Capstone Turbine Corporation as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for taking mechanical components from conceptual design to product integration. Mitesh also focused on turbo machinery component design and change implementation, utilizing various tools such as Engineering Change Orders, CATIA, SAP, and ANSYS. Mitesh then transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer at Capstone Turbine Corporation, where they worked on improving manufacturing, calibration, and yield issues through quality control processes and aided with inspection and implementing a calibration automation system.
