Tamara is an Associate and joined Capsticks in November 2019 as a newly qualified solicitor. She acts for NHS Resolution and a number of NHS Trusts in the defence of clinical negligence claims.
Tamara deals with a wide ranging caseload across many medical specialities including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, psychiatry and general surgery.
Before joining Capsticks, Tamara spent a number of years at a leading claimant firm where she managed a mixed case load of claims arising from industrial disease, clinical negligence and personal injury.
