Currently serving as the Head of Environmental & Special Risks and Head of Special Risks at CapSpecialty, Theodore has previously held the position of Regional Underwriting Manager - Environmental. Prior to CapSpecialty, Theodore was a Senior Environmental Underwriter at Allied World and began the career as an Environmental Underwriter at AIG.
