Gordon Gibson is an experienced process engineer with a robust background in manufacturing and supervision within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Process Engineer II at Capsida Biotherapeutics since February 2022, Gordon has previously held supervisory roles at Avid Bioservices and multiple companies including Avantor, Atara Biotherapeutics, Shire, and Baxalta, leading teams in various manufacturing processes such as T-Cell manufacturing and drug product formulation. Gordon's earlier roles as a Manufacturing Associate at Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Amgen focused on protein purification and modification, showcasing a strong technical foundation in bioprocessing. Gordon holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate of Arts degree from Ventura Community College.
