Austin Campbell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Special Projects Manager for The Civic Platform political party in Poland. Austin was responsible for implementing new initiatives, establishing cooperation with European political parties, and organizing training for political operatives. In 2002, they joined The Bachalski Foundation as a Director, where they oversaw operations, conducted global research projects, and expanded programming for children and the unemployed. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of CAPS Group, transforming the company into a retail environment fixtures and fitting supplier. Austin also led the merging process with partner companies and was responsible for overall group development and strategy.
Austin Campbell completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended St. Olaf College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, History, and American Studies.
