Marina Graci is a finance and civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Gerente de Funding e Crédito at CAPREM Construtora since August 2017, Marina excels in securing and structuring financial operations for real estate projects, managing monthly covenants, and ensuring the health of receivables. Previous roles at CAPREM include Gerente Financeira and Coordenadora Financeira, focusing on budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial operations with banking institutions.
