Luiz Guilherme Von Atzingen de Oliveira has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Gerente comercial and Gerente de vendas at CAPREM Construtora since October 2019, Luiz previously worked as a Corretor imobiliário at Xavier Camargo Imobiliária from February 2013 to October 2019. Luiz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Publicity and Advertising, specializing in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing from Centro Universitário Claretiano, complemented by a Technical Degree in Real Estate Transactions from EBRAE. Luiz's educational background also includes technical studies in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation Engineering, as well as foundational education from COC Rio Claro.
