Jonathas Vieira is an experienced civil engineer with a proven track record in construction coordination and project management. Since January 2023, Jonathas has been serving as the Coordenador de obras at CAPREM Construtora, following a similar role at Manasa Incorporadora e Construtora from April 2021 to November 2023. Notable previous positions include coordination of multiple large-scale residential projects with Construtora Enplan and MRV Engenharia, where Jonathas managed costs, teams, and project delivery. Academic qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, complemented by postgraduate studies in Engineering Safety and Engineering Assessments.
