Ana Florencia Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Cappfinity since July 2021, Ana previously held significant roles at the Vietnam Education Fund and AXA, where responsibilities included managing global and local strategies, organizational talent reviews, and leadership succession planning. Ana's earlier career involved impactful positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods, MetLife, and Grupo Pochteca, focusing on human capital design, change management, and recruitment strategies. Academically, Ana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and additional qualifications in Leadership from the University of Virginia, along with a Licenciatura en Psicología focused on Organizational Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
