Joseph Napoletano is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Global Sales for CAPOL Group and General Manager of CAPOL USA since May 2019, Joseph has held various senior roles including Chief Sales Officer and Sales Director for North America. Prior to joining CAPOL, Joseph was Sales Director at NEXXUS Foods and Key Business Development Manager at Novotaste Corporation Inc. With a background in global account management and business development, Joseph has successfully implemented strategies for key customers across Europe and North America. Joseph's earlier positions include roles at Sensient Food Color and a teaching assistant position at Concordia University, where Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
