Joanah Koch currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Capol, a position held since December 2022, where key responsibilities include collaborating with global teams to achieve strategic objectives and serving as the central point of contact for all HR matters. Prior to this role, Joanah was a Human Resources Business Partner at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement from May 2015 to November 2022, and previously worked as an HR Officer in the Schulte Gruppe in Hamburg, managing a range of personnel tasks. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant HR Officer and Team Assistant at HHA Hamburg Airways Luftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH and a position in the Cabin Department/Crew Contact at HAMBURG WASSER from 2009 to 2014. Joanah holds a dual bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
