Andrea Pekala has worked in the financial services industry since 1994. Andrea began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Washington DC as a Manager in 1994. In 2000, they joined The Carlyle Group as a Principal. In 2018, they moved to Martis Capital as CFO/CCO and currently holds the same position at Capitol Meridian Partners since 2021.

Andrea Pekala attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1990 to 1994.
