Brian Rector

Brian Rector has a diverse work experience history. Brian started their career at the City of Mission Hills as an Assistant to the City Administrator, where they conducted research and provided excellent customer service. Brian then worked at the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation as an Assistant to the Director of National Events, where they performed various administrative duties and gained skills in program management and public interaction. Following this, Brian worked at Swinney Recreation Center as a Graduate Assistant for Operations and Facility Management, overseeing programs, events, and student staff. Brian then joined Capitol Federal Savings Bank, starting as a Customer Service Associate and progressing to roles such as Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, and Banking Center Support Specialist. Brian'sresponsibilities at the bank included handling confidential account information, conducting financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Finally, Brian worked as a Financial Analyst at Capitol Federal Savings Bank, where they created reports and analyzed the bank's investment and borrowing portfolios.

Brian Rector attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Business. Brian then went on to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in the field of Public Administration at the University of Missouri - Kansas City from 2009 to 2011.
