Mark Pond is an experienced Agile and DevOps professional with a strong background in transforming organizations towards Agile methodologies and practices. Currently serving as Lead for Agile Training and DevOps Implementation at Capitec, Mark focuses on enhancing team performance through coaching and mentorship. Previous roles include leading the Agile Practice Office and spearheading Lean and scalable solutions within Capitec, as well as coaching at IQbusiness South Africa and Standard Bank Group. Mark has also held various managerial positions overseeing IT portfolios and product ownership across key financial institutions, complemented by a solid educational foundation in computer programming and business analysis.
