Leon Rajindrapersadh possesses extensive experience in software architecture and management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Capitec since October 2019. Prior to this role, Leon held various positions at LexisNexis South Africa, including Software Development Manager and Solutions Architect. Additional relevant experience includes roles as a Solutions Architect at Dev2, Software Development Manager at Xcallibre, Technical Lead at Barclays Capital, and Team Lead at SA Homeloans. Leon's career began with software development positions at E3 Media and Digital Matter. Academically, Leon holds a BSc Honours in Computer Science and a BSc in Computer Science and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
