Luiz Gustavo Ortega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and impact management. Currently serving as the Director and General Manager at Konexio since September 2019, Luiz also holds the position of Ambassador at Capitalismo Consciente Brasil. Previously, Luiz was Head of Innovation and Impact Executive at Incentiv.me, as well as Head of Braskem Labs, focusing on startup acceleration and entrepreneurship. Luiz's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Rede Empresarial Brasileira de Avaliação de Ciclo de Vida, and Sustainable Development Manager at Braskem, where responsibilities encompassed sustainability strategies, Life Cycle Assessment, and circular economy initiatives. Luiz's expertise is backed by an educational foundation in sustainability from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with advanced degrees in business and marketing from respected institutions.
