Dexter Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Group Strategic Investments at CapitaLand since November 2013, Dexter focuses on asset and portfolio investment, business development, corporate M&A, and strategic development in REITs and capital markets. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Investment Risk Management at CapitaLand, where responsibilities encompassed real estate investment, project financing, corporate finance, and risk management, and AVP of Market Risk Management at OCBC Bank. Dexter began the career in Integrated Technology and Development at UMC, specializing in research and development of testing methodologies. Dexter holds an MBA in Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
