The Administration & Coordination Team at the Capital Regional District (CRD) oversees the strategic management and operational alignment of the organization. Comprised of the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the Communications Coordinator from the Corporate Communications Department, the team ensures effective governance, financial stewardship, and streamlined internal and external communications to support regional services and collaborations with various stakeholders, including First Nations, local governments, and the community.
