Michael Barnes is currently working at Capital Regional District as a Senior Manager in Health and Capital Planning Strategies. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Executive Director at Public Health Association of BC. Michael also worked as a Policy Analyst at Ministry of Health BC government and as a Researcher at Canadian Council on Learning. Michael holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Victoria.
