Jared Kelly is currently working as a Manager in Capital Projects at Capital Regional District. Prior to this role, Jared worked as a Project Manager/Engineer at District of Saanich and as a Project Engineer at AECOM. Their experience includes project management, design, contract administration, and site inspection in various areas such as water treatment, wastewater treatment, and infrastructure rehabilitation. Jared also has experience working as a Contract Coordinator at Defence Construction Canada and as an Operator In Training at The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg. Jared holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
