Lisa Thornton currently serves as a Denial Prevention Analyst at Concord Hospital Health System, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa held the title of Director of Patient Access at Concord Hospital Laconia/Franklin. From May 2017 to November 2021, Lisa worked as a Patient Access Manager at LRGHealthcare. Lisa Thornton is an alumna of Southern New Hampshire University.
