Naomi R. Hoffman is a dedicated small business owner and serves as the President of the Board of Education for Capital Region BOCES. With extensive experience in educational leadership, they have been a Board member and Trustee for the Shenendehowa Central School District since 2009 and a member of the Resolutions Committee for the New York State School Boards Association since 2026. Naomi's background includes roles as a Senior Accounts Auditor for the Office of the New York State Comptroller and a Senior Asset Manager at the NYS Teachers Retirement System. Additionally, they have coached and mentored students in robotics and Odyssey of the Mind programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to education and youth development. Naomi earned an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
