Ty Boone, BICSI, RTPM, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in IT building infrastructure and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Capital One since 2016, Ty Boone leads complex projects, managing scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement while employing comprehensive project management methodologies. Prior experience at Freddie Mac from 1995 to 2016 includes roles such as Installation & Moves Professional, Cable Infrastructure Professional, and Processor II, where Ty Boone developed and implemented standards for data center design, managed cabling infrastructure across corporate offices, and ensured production quotas were met within budget constraints. Ty Boone holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Science degree in Information Systems from Potomac College.
