Roderick Renfrow currently serves in Platform Operations and Analytics at Capital One, focusing on various aspects of US Card operations, including Application Processing, Disclosures, Correspondences, and Data Quality. Renfrow has been involved with the National Society of Black Engineers as an Executive and Regional Board Member between May 2020 and April 2024. Previous experience includes a Teaching Fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University, roles as a Quality Engineer at Northrop Grumman, and a Materials Engineer at Boston Scientific. Renfrow's engineering background is further complemented by multiple positions at Altria, including Process Improvement Engineer and Project Management Engineer, as well as R&D co-op roles at DuPont. The educational foundation includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a minor in Mathematics and Business.
